You need a Bitcoin Wallet. A Bitcoin wallet is the "bank" account where your Bitcoins are received. You can receive them, store them and send them to other people. There are two main types of wallets, software wallets and web wallets. Web wallets are often very easy to use, and Blockchain.info or Coinbase.com are popular choices. You can find these here in your DLB in wallets and vaults sections if you do not have one yet.
We now need to fund our bitcoin wallet. We do this by earning what we call Satoshi, now Satoshi is the founder of Bitcoins and also the lowest form of Bitcoiin currency, 200,000 Satoshi = 0.002 BTC. We use sites called Faucet sites to earn Satoshi, why and where they actually come from I don't know, basically all we have to do is claim free Satoshi every 5 minutes or it could be every 15 minutes or every hour, depending on the faucet.
Most Faucet you need to claim at least 10 000 Satoshi, some 20 000 Satoshi to cashout, most Faucets pay on a Saturday or a Sunday, some automatic, some you have to withdraw and the faucet pays manually but the payments go to your bitcoin wallet. You will find a list of faucets in DLB (bitcoin paid to click..then choose Faucets tab).
