Is Vortexmatrix available worldwide?
Yes, Vortexmatrix is available to anyone with an Internet connection, a Bitcoin wallet and the willingness to become a member.

What are pay processors used?
We only use Bitcoin to make it easy for members to pay for their donation.
Can I have more than one account?
Yes, you can have more than one account. Just remember to use different wallet address as well as different username and email.
Are there any refunds?
All donations you willingly send and they are final. No refunds.
I don’t have a bitcoin wallet where do I go to open a bitcoin wallet.
The only places we highly recommend you go get a Bitcoin wallet is at https://blockchain.info/wallet/ or https://www.coinbase.com.
When do I have to upgrade?
This is forced matrix, all upgrades are automatically managed by system. You need to upgrade only once to Level 1. 

Isn’t this like a pyramid scheme?
A pyramid scheme means that only the top members of the hierarchy get paid whereas Vortexmatrix allows every member to earn the same amount because Vortexmatrix is changing the spots in the matrix and every spot will get to the top.

Do we have to pay the Subscription?
No, there is not a subscription.

When using the hash ID to submit proof of donation the system says Hash ID already used?
It may happen that you selected the wrong Hash ID when you upgraded or that you did not follow the safe rule of only using blockchain.info to make you subscription payments in the program.
Can I use the same IP address to help my team to open accounts for multiple people?
Yes, you may as long as you don’t stack accounts.
The platform is made available worldwide, free of charge.
There are No Admin fees.
The system was designed in such a way that it can be used by members to make and receive payments.
Member Account
The user must complete the registration process by providing current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form. The user must also choose a password and a username. The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User’s password and account and user are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under User’s account. User agrees to notify the VortexMatrix Administrators immediately of any unauthorized use of User’s account or any other breach of security. The VortexMatrix Administrators will not be liable for any loss that User may incur as a result of someone else using User’s password or account, either with or without User’s knowledge. The user could be held liable for losses incurred by the VortexMatrix Administrators or another party due to someone else using User’s account or password. The user is solely responsible for keeping their details safe. The user may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
Termination
The VortexMatrix Administrators have the right to immediately terminate User’s Account in the event of any misconduct by User which the VortexMatrix Administrators, in their sole discretion, consider being unacceptable.

Personal Information 
We use Personal Information in the ways: to enable you to use our site and marketing tools; to contact you about our site and other related products and services in which we think you may be interested and to customize your experience on our site. 
Changes and updates 
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the Site and without any other notice to you. Any such change, update, or modification will be with immediate effect. In the event of substantive changes to this Privacy Policy, the new terms will be posted to the Site, you will be required to affirmatively assent to its terms, and you may also be notified by email. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is not to use the Site and to request an immediate termination of your account. Your express consent or continued use of the Site following the posting of a change notice or new Privacy Policy on the Site will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.
Upgrading 
If you don’t upgrade the Vortexmatrix account within 26 hours after registration (make a 0.005 BTC payment ) will cause the system to delete your account and you will lose your position in the matrix. Any further upgraditng is automatic. You are welcome to join again after your account has been removed.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall anyone involved in creating, producing or distributing this service, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use this service, and all the files and software contained within it, including, but not limited to, reliance on any information obtained through this service; or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts beyond our control, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to our records, programs or services.

We may terminate without notice any membership deemed to be in breach of this agreement or otherwise found to be abusing or misusing the service or causing harassment to other members or administrator in any way. Individuals who acquire accounts via the use of fraudulent activity can and will be penalized by suspension and termination of their accounts upon a thorough investigation by our Admins.

We reserve the right to add or remove features and modify any functionality, make changes on how the platform works, manage memberships, and otherwise make changes to the service and this agreement without notice. We may terminate without notice, at our sole discretion, any membership deemed to be in breach of this agreement.
